"Stainless Steel and Brass do not hold paint. Joint Collars are 1" in length, 7/8" o.d. with a 5/8" thread and a .500 pilot on one end. Polish collars with "very fine sandpaper - starting at 400 grit working up to 2000 grit." Finish with a buffing wheel and a rubbing compound."
